1. Location and Public Facilities Disclaimer
Non-official Partnership Disclaimer: Kowloon Park is a government-managed public facility. This event uses Kowloon Park solely as the outdoor puzzle story setting and route location. TeamUnlock+ has no official partnership, sponsorship, or co-branding relationship with Kowloon Park or its management authority (Leisure and Cultural Services Department).
Park Usage Rules: The entire event takes place in public areas. Participants must comply with all Kowloon Park usage regulations. The puzzle process requires observing the surrounding environment only; do not damage, climb, or deface plants, ancient tree signages, or public facilities within the park.
Personal Safety: This event is a self-guided outdoor experience. Parents are responsible for supervising accompanying children, minding road safety and weather changes, and adjusting play and rest times according to their children's physical condition.
2. Ocean Park Ticket Reward Disclaimer
Non-official Partnership Disclaimer: The "Ocean Park tickets" given away in the bi-weekly selections are community event rewards independently provided by TeamUnlock+. This event is not co-organized or sponsored by Ocean Park Hong Kong.
Ticket Issuance and Usage: Reward tickets will be issued in digital or physical form and cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, or replaced with other gifts. The expiration date for the tickets is December 31, 2026, and their use is subject to the official terms and conditions of Ocean Park.
3. Ticket and Discount Usage Rules
Team and Device Setup: 1 ticket represents 1 team, supporting a maximum of 2 smartphones or mobile devices logged in simultaneously. The entire event runs via mobile web browsers with no app download required.
Promo Code Usage: Any applicable promo codes must be entered manually on the checkout page prior to payment. Once an order is completed, retroactive deductions or refunds for price differences will not be accepted.
4. Rewards and Bi-weekly Review Mechanism
50% Off Voucher Redemption: Upon completing the game, players must upload a group photo to IG Story or Facebook tagging @team.unlock.plus, and leave a substantive experience review of 20 words or more on Google Maps. Upon sending screenshots to WhatsApp customer service for verification, the 50% discount voucher will be issued. Limited to one redemption per order.
"Best Bi-weekly Review" Selection: The TeamUnlock+ team will select winners based on the authenticity and descriptive detail of reviews (deadlines: 10/11, 10/25, 11/8, 11/22). Winners will be individually notified via official WhatsApp/IG messages within 3 working days after each deadline.
