The "Fun-Sure Guarantee" allows for a one-time free change of event session under the following conditions:

Unused Tickets

pplication must be submitted within 48 hours after the original session ends.

Activity Completion Below 50%

If weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances affect the event and participants feel it is unsuitable to continue, a request must be submitted within 24 hours of the activity date.

Reason for Application
We will process your application within 7 business days. Upon approval, you will receive an "Exchange Voucher"(valid for 3 months from the original event date to book another session).
Terms and Conditions

Each original order is eligible for the "Fun-Sure Guarantee" only once. The newly exchanged session will not qualify for further exchanges.

This policy only offers session exchange services and does not provide monetary refunds.

The "Exchange Voucher" must be redeemed within its 3-month validity period; expired vouchers will be voided.

The exchanged session does not guarantee additional original session perks or limited-time events (including but not limited to competitions and exclusive challenges).

In case of any dispute, TU Tech Limited reserves the right of final decision.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Tickets sold are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable. However, if you believe your situation warrants special consideration, you may submit a request via email with a detailed explanation. Please note that an administrative or payment processor fee may apply depending on your payment method.
